03 Apr 2024Location: Miranda, NSWJob Description: 1. In the living areas, there are currently 7 old pendant lights (please see photos attached). These need to be replaced with either oyster ceiling lights OR downlights . 2. In the bathroom, there's a batten/tubelight and no extractor/exhaust fan. These need to be replaced with a LED/Extractor fan combo. 3. There are 4 landline phone/TV cable points in the floor that need to be removed. These are not required anymore. All lights will be purchased and provided. A. Please can you provide a quote for installing downlights (28) to replace the 7 lights in the living areas. B. Please provide a separate quote for installing 7 oyster ceiling lights to replace the 7 lights in the living areas. Based on quotes for A and B, will decide on one of them. C. Please provide a quote for installing the extractor fan/LED combo in the bathroom to replace the current batten/tubelight and removal of the phone/TV points. Please only respond if you have a current license and insurance.
