  I called around five electricians today and none of them were able to come out early. When I contacted Prime Spack Electrical, Mohamad was able to offer an emergency call-out and arrived within about 1.5 hours, even though he was in the city at the time. He was able to identify the issue just by looking at a photo I sent and fixed the problem quickly once he arrived. The service was fast, efficient and very professional. Mohamad was also very friendly and went the extra mile by checking powerpoints throughout the house to help determine the root cause of the issue. The job was completed the same day and I’m very happy with the outcome. Excellent customer service and great workmanship. Highly recommended!

  If you need PEACE OF MIND that your business operations will be protected while undertaking major electrical upgrades, call Prime Spark Electrical!! Thanks Mohamad for completing a big job of installing a new main board supplying multiple commercial tenants. He arranged temporary generator power to keep businesses running for the 3 days required to install & connect the main board & PoA. He was fantastic working with tenants to ensure that the anticipated power cutover to/from the generator occurred during times of the day that resulted in minimal impact to their businesses. The workmanship was high quality, plus he provided proper documentation of electrical issues identified, and remediation works done, to ensure we had a paper trail & photos of issues identified and rectified - absolutely essential for insurance purposes and dealing with tenants! Finding a reliable Level 2 electrician who is also a great verbal and written communicator is rare these days, but proper documentation is absolutely essential when you are a business that needs detailed record keeping to protect your own interests and manage your risks when you have multiple stakeholders. Thankfully Mohamad had us covered. We have also called Mohamad to investigate unexpected power outages, and found that he is very creative with the solutions and, once again, reliably documenting everything to show that we, as building owners, have upheld our responsibilities to mitigate safety and business risks. Thanks so much Mohamad. We will definitely call again when we need electrical works!
