Keith did a good job and is very amiable and reliable. Sadly I was left with a hefty bill that I didn't expect after our initial discussion on his charges (2 x service charges for 30min scoping the job and then for the day of the work, and then payment for his apprentice). This doubled the price that I was expecting to pay. However, after discussing my disappointment with him he agreed that he could have been clearer on his charges and refunded me the first day's service charge. Not many tradesmen would do this and he was very courteous throughout the dispute. I wish him well and recommend him as an honest tradesman.

Job Description: Ive recently moved into a new home and Im looking for a reliable handyman/electrician to help with a few tasks: Blinds Installation: I have DIY blinds that need to be installed in the following rooms: Main bedroom: from wall frame to wall frame. Second bedroom and living room: ceiling-mounted installation. TV Wall Mounting: I need two TV brackets mounted - I think the walls are gyprock: A 65-inch TV in the living room. A 43-inch TV in the main bedroom. (The Tv may come at a later stage (perhaps in the next two weeks so not sure if that will make a difference?) Kitchen Lighting: Id like to replace two existing downlights with lamps that Ive already purchased. Cupboard Shelving: Im looking to add two additional shelves in a cupboard to maximize storage space. Bathroom Fan Adjustment: The fans in both bathrooms currently stay on for 15 minutes after the light is turned off. Id like to adjust this to around 2 minutes, if possible. Im located at 455 Captain Cook Drive, Woolooware, and Im available all day Monday and Wednesday, and half-day Tuesday for a quote. Please let me know if youre available or if youd like to arrange a time that suits you. I can also send photos of anything if you need prior.
