Location: Chapel Hill, QLDJob Description: Hello, looking for concreting backed up by planning with structural engineers for patio, spa area and footpath around our newly built house. #1) Concrete footpath level with driveway/front door entry roughly 15m from front door alongside the right-hand side of the house. #2) Concrete wheely bin bay and walkway to front on the left of the house roughly 10m. This is why structural engineering is important for this job: #3) Backyard patio of roughly 15m on loose dirt (at least 1.5m high) on a significant slope towards the house as well as not level with the house's foundation, so likely needing significantly deep piers. #4) Backyard spa slab of roughly 18m that needs to be capable of carrying 2 tons undamaged, bordering the backyard patio. Same slope issue as the patio and thus likely also needing piers, looking for that expert advise here specifically. Additionally, the backyard is subject to overland water flows so it needs to be part of the design to ensure water neither erodes the slabs nor spills it all onto the house but channels it to the side of the slabs.
