Work done 4th August 2015. Quote response time – Immediate. Attended site – On time as agreed , 7.30am next day. Attitude – Friendly, keen, committed to a resolution. Approach – Through, detailed, patient and efficient. A perfectionist. Competency – Excellent IT skill across both hardware and software. John knows his trade inside out. Problem resolution – Hard Disk crashed. Reconfigured 2nd hardrive, installed new DVD/CD Rom unit, installed additional fan, installed Window and Nortons, cleaned PC. For three hours on site, the final cost with all labour, parts, software and additional mouse was less than two tickets for a show! Would I use JM again...........I won’t use anyone else.
