  Alen is a life saver. My 4 year old destroyed my older daughters lap top today and as this is a school lap top we needed an urgent repair. I drove to Alen, who thankfully had the parts and fixed the Mac - looks like new again:) Had a great laugh and conversation while there. Highly recommend Alen and will be going back with an additional lap top to get fixed. Thank you so much !!

  My experience here has been consistently disappointing and deeply unprofessional. Despite talking at length about his skills and criticizing others, the actual work performed was minimal — often limited to wiping laptops with a cloth. Based on multiple visits, I do not believe he has genuine technical repair knowledge beyond swapping parts or offering someone else’s device as a replacement. We brought several laptops to him, and every time we were met with the same excuse: “Tomorrow, tomorrow.” Eventually, he would call suggesting he could give us a different laptop instead of returning my client’s original device. Parts were changed without permission, and in some cases he attempted to return dead components that were not ours. This caused significant frustration for my client. What made the situation even more concerning was the pressure to write a positive review on the spot. Overall, the experience was unreliable, misleading, and far from honest. I cannot recommend this service.

  Great Service - Alen is only charging for the work and parts. No fancy sales, no fancy gimmicks. Fixed my son's macbook and got the screen working again.

  We are insured, we do guarantee/ warranty our repairs which we will quote upfront once we provide a free repairs quote for your equipment. Our warranty starts from 3 months to 12 months depending on the product repaired.

  Electronics has been passed down from generations in our family and we use to work at Wang Australia many years ago before branching out and running our own repair center.
