  Outstanding Service and Expertise! From the first call to the follow-up, the service was amazing. I rang Monitor Hospital in a panic thinking my 10-year-old Mac was completely dead and that I’d lost all my children’s photos and important files. Alen not only recovered all my data, but also transferred it safely onto an external hard drive and completely rejuvenated my Mac new drive, Windows software, system clean-up, and performance upgrades. I got back a better machine than when i bought it 10 years ago! Alen is a true professional incredibly knowledgeable about Apple Mac upgrades and refurbishments, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Unbelievable service and results!

  Hi, i went to Monitor Hospital for the first time about 8 years ago. Me and my friends have been going back ever since for all our computer & tech stuff even though we all dont live closeby. Alens been awesome his service is the best. He always gives a very personal style of service and suggests great solutions and provides great prices on whatever he does.   I recently brought in a gaming laptop that wouldn’t power on, and it turned out to have a burnt DC circuit. It’s increasingly difficult to find repair shops that can handle true circuit-level repairs, but Alen did an excellent job. The repair was completed within a couple of days, the laptop was cleaned, and it came back with a 12-month warranty. Alen clearly knows his craft—confident, knowledgeable, and willing to offer helpful advice throughout the process. Pricing was fair, and the overall service was reliable and professional.   We are insured, we do guarantee/ warranty our repairs which we will quote upfront once we provide a free repairs quote for your equipment. Our warranty starts from 3 months to 12 months depending on the product repaired.
