  I am very happy to have found and met Alen and the oustanding service which he is providing. He accommodated me at short notice. He is very good at what he does - has a thorough understanding of the mechanics of the laptop. It is great to have dealt with him and he helped me replace the battery for my laptop and serviced it - since it hasn't been serviced for 6 years! The inside of my laptop looks brand new now. I would highly recommend Alen for any laptop/computer issues. He has all the tools he needs and is great at what he does! Thanks again Alen and great to have met you!

  Tremendously happy with Alen. Faced with a laptop which "went dead" after a shutdown, he diagnosed the problems and had it back to me the next day. Update. laptop fell from a table to the floor. So grateful that Alen was able to repair the damage and recover data.

  Updated review: Excellent and honest bloke. A year after the initial repair I had to take my laptop back, turns out it was a bent power pin on my charger, for an easy fix he was kind enough to do it free of charge post the prior repair a year ago. Great and relatively fast service. Did a board level repair for a power issue. Reasonably priced, and goes the extra mile with cleaning and servicing. True to his word he diagnosed and provided his quote to repair. Cost was reasonably below that of a replacement unit, so definitely worth the cost of repair.

  We are insured, we do guarantee/ warranty our repairs which we will quote upfront once we provide a free repairs quote for your equipment. Our warranty starts from 3 months to 12 months depending on the product repaired.

  Electronics has been passed down from generations in our family and we use to work at Wang Australia many years ago before branching out and running our own repair center.
