My name is Penny Hartelt and I have the fabulous job of being a civil celebrant. I absolutely love being a celebrant and it shows by the manner I officiate the ceremonies! I am one of Melbourne busiest celebrants and I have had the privilege of officiating hundreds of weddings since I was appointed by the Attorney-Generals Department in Australia in 2008.

I have been an authorised celebrant since late 2010 and have officiated over hundreds of weddings. I absolutely love my job! I officiated Josh and Jenna's (from the TV series 'The Block'- 2011 & 2013, All Stars) wedding in early 2012.
