Adelina and her staff were very professional for my husband's 60th in Baulkham Hills back in April 2018. They easily fitted into my small kitchen space and the wait staff mingled easily amongst the guests handing out food on platters. A variety of food was served and the guests were well fed. My mobile phone calls to arrange details were quickly replied to within a day or an afternoon. No mess at all was left so they can be regarded as 'angels' in the kitchen. Thank you so much to Chef Matt he did an amazing job delivering a 7 course degustation menu for 14 of my friends. We all had so much fun on the night. Chef Matt was organised, on time and very neat working with the small kitchen he had. So much prep work not to mention the cutlery and 200 plus plates used on the night. Chef Matt helped with the menu selection and so was accommodating with changes. Everything was a breeze from booking to planning and the event on the day.
