Thank you Ronnie and your amazing team for the fantastic food and service provided for my birthday party! The food was absolutely delicious, we all had an amazing selection of very creative little bites packed with flavour. All of our guests commented on both the food and service provided and the ability to provide a tailored menu for our guests with dietary requirements. I have since recommended Red Sage to everyone who comes to me for recommendation. If you are after quality food served by a highly professional and friendly staff then you cannot go past Red Sage.Adrian

We can not speak highly enough of Ronnie and her team at Red Sage. We have had her cater multiple events and have always been impressed with the service. She has always been able to provide great ideas and incorporate our desires into the meals. Rather than having a party at a venue we were able to have our party at home. Our guests have commented on how well the evenings have gone and have asked for her details for their own parties.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
In order of priority: 1. Is the customer prepared to pay for delivery & return from our prep kitchen in Double Bay to their venue? Delivery cost is calculated by distance. 2. A more precise approximation of guest numbers eg a) 0 -10 b) 10 - 20 c) 20 - 40 d) 40 - 60 e) 60 - 80 f) 80 - 100 etc 2. Is there an onsite kitchen with ovens and stove? 3. Their budget 4. Event style - eg a) cocktail canapes only, eg high end canapes b) cocktail canapes, then main course & dessert c) finger food - eg sausage rolls, pies, quiches, sandwiches, etc 4. Some clients mention that they need delivery, but no mention if they want waitstaff. I don't generally do 'drop off' food
