I recently engaged Jay and Rob to undertake a project at my home, which involved replacing existing deck, roofing on the verandah and feature roofing using timber batons. Right from the outset, Jay was very professional in her approach to the project. She clearly captured my requirements in the final specification, which was used to develop the quote. I couldn't be happier with the finished job! The trade team used by Jay and Rob where very professional, and provided suggestions for improvements along the way. They even took the time to confirm my requirements before commencing the job, which led to a minor change that enhanced the project!! They were punctual and always left the site, the same way they found it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Rob for any size home renovation project, large or small. We hired Steve and his son John from Bubjak home renovations to do some works on our mud brick home. The first round was for them to renovate our bathrooms and build a laundry, they transformed the mud brick run down bathroom to an exclusive modern ensuite and main bathroom, the second round we hired them to renovate our kitchen and build a butlers pantry and the third time we hired them to attach the Bungalow to the main house. Steve and his son John are very professional, experienced builders that kept the communication lines open with us, they were very reasonable with the charges , very flexible and were able to deal with all the difficulties that renovating an old mud brick house presented.
