Brad came out to replace all my eaves and fascias, this was a very big and at times a difficult job which took longer than was anticipated. He had to replace the carport ceiling and make it even. Brad was very pedantic with his work. He let me know if there were any variations such as the removal of the asbestos, which was not on the original quote as we didn't know until he started to remove the eaves. His quote was within budget and it included a new porch at the front of the house and replacing the roof over the courtyard area. He exceeded my expectations for both the porch and roof.
