Location: Yeronga, QLDJob Description: Require full repair/renovation to two small lower floor bedrooms which were damaged due to overland flooding plus other various miscellaneous jobs around the house ( Queenslander). More detail as follow: - 2 room renovation: installing self-levelling compound/ardit to floor with new materials and allow for feather coat to the existing concrete slab surface prior to installation (existing floor has compound applied), removing existing wall, rebuilding frame and resheeting, installing timber step (removed after flood damage), installing sheeting on some areas to cover exposed brick walls (for aesthetic reasons), replacing door, painting and electrical as needed and installing new vinyl plank flooring. Other miscellaneous work items- - removal cat flap and installing VJ lining to match internal and instal board to match external - rear deck- remove and replace rotten timber post - Front stairs- existing steel frame with rotting timber treads and railing- replace all timber elements and paint. Including kickboard and board under stair landing - Front deck area- currently painting bright yellow- sand back and stain decking boards - Front deck has potential roof leak- Examine inside roof cavity to determine cause of potential leaking at front deck area and provide proposed solutions and quote - Painting- walls, railing and ceiling of front deck (depending on outcome of leak investigations) - Wooden gate for under house storage- hinge busted off (affixed to cement post)- repairType of job: Residential | Type of project: Home renovation | Scale of job: One or more small upgrades | Number of rooms: 2 | Size of the room: I'm not sure
