Job Description: Could you please give me a rough estimate on how much it would cost to fix these or some of these issues? 1. Front brick wall mortors/joints starting to deteriorate. Found one loose brick. 2. Roof in lounge room is has a slight sag. Plaster boards coming off fixings. 3. Floor vinyl is loose and wasnt installed well. Small 3 Bedroom house with it like this throughout. 4. Back door won't shut. Latch doesn't quite make it into the hole. (No photo)
