  Peter, Kathleen and team have been excellent to work with. From start to finish they have been patient, easily contactable and open to explaining concepts in a way that we, as first time renovators, can understand. They have been a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We have Professional Indemnity cover as required by QBCC. We have never needed to use it though as we work very hard on solving all issues during our intensive design and documentation processes. This includes considerable liaison with our other consultants.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  We did a weekender cottage at Maleny in the late 90's, and I was pretty certain the owners were likely to move there within 10 years. So as part of the original design we considered how the building could be best extended into a full house. The owners were surprised by our advanced thinking!
