We engaged with Esteem for our home renovation work which includes kitchen/laundry Reno, conversion of storage to study room, removal of interior wall for the dining-living open layout, flooring change (hybrid vinyl flooring), wardrobe installation, painting and required electrical + plumbing work. Esteeem got highly qualified tradesman who take pride in their work and it reflects their craftsmanship. Sidhu was very professional and responsive for all our requests and openly discussed with us all possible options. He understands the customer need, budget and provides options accordingly. Esteem was very flexible and accommodating to the change in requirements (wherever possible) during the work. Though the final pricing was bit more than our initial budget it was due to our additional requirement and the pricing for the quoted work didn’t had any major variations from the initial quote. Cost involved for any additional work was discussed upfront before the work seeking our approval and there were no major surprises. Despite covid lockdown, esteem and it’s team were highly responsive and completed the work without major delays following the required safety measures. We are happy and satisfied with all the work.
