Job Description: Hi, I'm moving into a new studio room in a shared house and I would like to get someone to have it cleaned upon my arrival. I'm allergic to dust hence why I'm asking for help to clean the place. It's a small old studio room with a small kitchenette. Nothing major to clear but I need the studio to be cleaned to the best condition possible. Tasks - Meet the real estate agent to get the keys to the studio at 1 pm - Firstly, clean the mattress with the carpet cleaner vacuum (use the separate nozzle that's used on sofas) with hot water and put it outside (on a cardboard box or a clean place on a rag) in the sun to rest and dry-out. (But dry the water out with the vacuum as much as possible so it dries quickly under the sun - Check the A/C and clean the filters - Remove any spider webs and clean the dust off the place (Including the ceiling) - Clean the Kitchenette and any grease/oil marks - Cabinets (Inside top and outside) and the mini fridge - Clean the walls with hot water and get rid of marks with a magic eraser - Clean the windows and the door - Vacuum and mop the floor to finish as you walk out - I'll meet you once completed to get the key back and to check the job and to pay Equipments and supplies to bring (Not supplied) - Commercial carpet cleaner to clean the mattress - Detergents and Chemicals needed for mopping and cleaning - Vacuum cleaner & a Mop - Magic erasers and wipes & Other equipment necessary. Please let me know if you're happy to do the above tasks and on time (Meeting the agent mainly). I'll be meeting you upon job completion and I'd say please reserve about 2 hours for the job completion.
