The house was built in 2010. Weve since confirmed that inadequate original waterproofing contributed to long term water ingress near the bath area. The bath and vanity have already been removed, and we have decided that the shower will also be fully removed and rebuilt, so the entire bathroom can be completed under a single, compliant waterproofing system.
