  Hugely disappointed with this company. Engaged to do 2 bathrooms. Extremely poor communication. I think Sinou had taken on too much. Our job had absolutely no oversight, other than what we did. Extremely poor, cheap, shoddy, cabinetry. Bins installed incorrectly TWICE, then collapsed. We had to fix this ourselves. Installer had the bins attached by one thread of a too short screw. One of the plumbers installed pipes incorrectly and also left a cold tap turned on. This meant that we could not get any hot water in the house until we found the problem and turned the tap off. We almost bought a new hot water system because we thought ours had died. The vanities were both installed not level, so drawers wouldn't work properly. They came back and fixed this and also sent a new plumber to fix the incorrect plumbing. One vanity had a "patch" piece inserted to make it level - shoddy, ugly. They eventually removed this piece and replaced it with a properly made panel. One shower still leaks under the glass. They failed to remove cornices in one bathroom (we paid $$$ extra to have this done). This delayed the job again. And the new cornice all cracked in the corners within a week. Again...shoddy work. A job which was scheduled for 6 weeks took almost 3 months because of shoddy workmanship. So many mistakes had to be fixed. The tiling, however, is excellent. I could not ever recommend this company to anyone.
