  I found the team to be unprofessional, argumentative, rude and to a point unhelpful. I asked in my job description for a quote that includes all required documents and paperwork for a full DA submission as well as an urgency fee. They happy to take your money, but wanted to charge extra for this and for that and certainly didn't feel like anything was done urgently. When they did lodge the DA, it was rejected due to their incompetence and mistakes. Overall setting us back 6-8 weeks
