How they can achieve specific fat loss? I.e how can they lose their love handles? Every fat storage area is lined to a specific hormone which is affected by lots of things. I can help you!

How do you normally charge for your service?

I offer different packages.   All sessions are 45 minutes. For a casual Personal Training session its $65. This includes food diary monitoring, initial and ongoing fitness and measurements assessments, and support in between your sessions.

I specialise in weight maintenance, fat loss and general wellbeing. I like to take a holistic view and programs are individualised to your body, needs and goals.

I am a Polqiuin certified biosignature practioner, rehab trainer, MMA Fitness Level 1 Trainer, Qualified Personal Trainer and a group fitness trainer with 5 years experience. I continually develop me knowledge.
