  I hired Azad to do concreting for my driveway and around the house. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. In the backyard, he closed off access to the drain, which caused a problem. Additionally, when cutting the exposed aggregate concrete, dust got trapped under the sealant, leaving white patches on the surface. I reached out to Azad multiple times to ask for a fix, but I haven’t heard back from him. I paid the full amount upfront, which I now regret. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure communication and accountability are in place before making full payment.

  extremely irresponsible!! avoid this trade!!! he asked for payment when the work was “almost done” as he needed to pay other workers and materials and so on. I was too soft-hearted and paid. he did came back and “finished “ the work, however in a very bad workmanship. the gate was broken on the next day. he said he would come back to fix it. two months passed, he never come, not answering calls/sms any more.

  Azad, was cordial in his dealings with us at all times. His Men were also conciencious & worked hard & efficiently throughout the whole proceess of removing the old & broken concrete driveway. The laying & finishing off of the new concrete was carried out in an expert manner. I am very satisfied with the final result.

Look after herself. Don’t waste money. Money is very important.
