He communicated clearly what the work would entail and what potential impact it would have on the surrounding environment. He checked in with me when not sure about the colour that would be required. He went above and beyond his scope of work when he assisted with something that wasn't quoted for. He worked alongside his men to see the job was done to his satisfaction.
