remove items away from walls or areas where i'll be cleaning or working, keep an area in the driveway clear for my equipment to be set up and please have all windows and doors closed.

if its a large job or your getting multiple services i always bundle the jobs and give discount or throw in services for free like gutter cleaning or downpipe flushing

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each service has a different rate window cleaning being the cheapest and re spraying a steep pitched roof of ropes being more expensive. Every job is quoted for its level of difficulty but because i have specialised equipment like for example harness and ropes to work safely

i started my first window cleaning and pressure cleaning business when i was 20 and i felt that i excelled at it, but since obtaining my painting licence and spraying satellite dishes for telstra i feel that I'm equally as good at that.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

20 years of operating my own business window cleaning, pressure cleaning, spry painting roofs, painting high rise buildings and spray painting satellite dishes for telstra. The last 13 years I've been doing all these on rope as a rope access technician.
