  i quoted on written quote mts2 all inclusive tiling glue and grout supplied. i completed everything on the written quote tiling of alfresco glue grout all inclusive. job was finished i mentioned during the job the outside edges would need to be caulked by someone as i dont do caulking thats what i didnt complete as it wasnt on itemised quote either.

  actually had a sub contractor work for me on this job alone.. he made a silly mistake with set out he no longer works for me as a result and $200 of the job was retained by client.
