  Had a major sewerage block,searched the net looking for a plumber. Glad we found Pristine,the guys were on time, fast efficient,polite,and very effective in clearing the blockage, extremely happy with the cost,most affordable. Highly reccommended,you wont be dissapointed.!!!!!

  WARNING, WARNING!!!! These guys rip you off massively. I had a problem with water leaking out of downpipe and they were the 1st I rang up. H. said there is a $88 fee for them to come out. I asked is there no other way around (because I thought quotes are free). His answer was “if you want someone to come around to give a quote it’s $88” A guy came and without taking his ladder off the car said he would not touch the downpipe unless he removed all the gutters as well,saying is would be rusted through – a complete redo of everything for $5,962 Went on internet after and had 3 more guys come – all said my gutters are excellent Also Pristine Plumbing website advertise “Free quote” “No callout fee” So I rang up, spoke again to H. who remembered speaking to me the day before, and he made all kind of excuses, all lies, but said if it was true what I said he had no problem refunding it, but he is slippery and has never contacted me back to get this sorted out. Not returning calls. Ripping off even pensioners. They even state that customer satisfaction is priority. A lie!!!
