  DEPOSIT DOESNT FINISH THE JOB SINCE THEY STUFFED UP. DOESNT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR TEXTS NEVER ON TIME AND LEAVES EARLY. SUPER DODGY YOU WILL REGRET USING HIM AND HIS TRADIES

  1. I normally take 50% upfront but for you I allowed a payment plan. 2. work and material done so far has exceeded what you actually paid. (can provide receipts and proof) 3. I have written confirmation of what you wanted and I can't be held responsible for change of mind. 4. I have and can provide transcripts of me responding to your issues. 5. I had one of my employees do job so how can accuse me of being there or not being there and as for late, I didn't do the job myself, so makes zero sense. 6. I actually made a loss on this job, but I'm not actually jumping up and down about it, but I am. it going to keep losing more money because you changed mind. ( can provide evidence).
