Yes I am insured and their is a guarantee in place with all of my work carried out, I normally ask the customer if their is anything which could be done more before leaving the job site,.

I used to operate a small hire business therefore I had all of the necessary equipment to do all aspects of gardening work including landscaping equipment such as rotary hoe and turfcutter.

Yes I do copied and pasted a customers review of work carried out on a local job just recently reflects my style and type of work. " Lance was excellent. I initially called him for a garden tidy job but was amazed at his ability to carry out other jobs with such ease. I used him for minor plumbing work, fixing a flyscreen door, fixing the shed window, repairing blinds etc. Anything I needed help with Lance was too happy to oblige. I like working for myself, satisfaction of a job well done and being able to work outdoors, I normally work by myself and require no other hired hands to complete my work on any given day.

Depending on the job depends on what questions to ask however in a service and commitment sense to the job they should ask is will you be on time ? and also do you guarantee your work.

The main questions asked by customers is 'How long do you think it will take you to complete this job?' I normally answer what I consider to be a fair and reasonable length of time to complete the job in a timely manner.

My approach to getting the job done in a timely fashion and also to complete the job without double handling of job tasks in order to prevent going back to the job twice.

I offer a good value price to all of their gardening needs.An excellent job for their money which has been outlaid. The degree of work done is to a high standard, always in contact with the owner to verify that the job has been done well.

I would normally need to know the area size of the job, normally in the category of small, medium or large, other things that I would need to know is would extra tools and equipment be required for their job such as chainsaws or other special petrol powered equipment.

Customers can save money by checking to see if they have any council tip vouchers these are vouchers which normally come with their council rates, the 'Tip Vouchers' reduces the amount which is paid at the local waste disposal centre.

what makes my pricing competitive is that with of my skills and experience I currently have is at a very small charge, the amount that I charge is a very 'good value'

I normally only accept cash payments however in this day and age bank transfers are the norm for a lot of my customers, I also do accept cheques however not many people pay by cheque these days.

I specialise in attention to detail of all of my gardening skills, as well as any of my other types of work that I do, I always try to do a very high level of accuracy.

The experience I have is that i service and maintain all of my own equipment therefore equipment failure and downtime whilst on the job is eliminated and this time is not added to the final bill.
