The most commonly asked question's that i've heard are. Is it too late for me to start exercising? What's the best way to lose weight, how do I put on more muscle? The best way to answer anybody's question, is by keeping the answer as simple as possible.

One of my core values is being reliable. Unfortunately people talk a lot, but don't back it up with action. I pride myself on being reliable and trustworthy.

I'm genuine, but also confident at the same time! Most trainers that i've found will sometimes sugar coat a scenario, instead of telling their client what it really takes to reach a goal!

What makes my pricing competitive is that its cheaper than what trainers will charge. I understand that people have bills to pay and other expenses.

How I usually charge for my services are either through cash, or using PayPal if the client is paying for a 16 week program.

The aspects within my trade that i've specialised in are bodyweight training, kettle bell, battle ropes, strength and conditioning training, and mobility.

I have previous experience working with large group's of people's, working with kids, also doing private one on ones. During that i've up skilled myself on bodyweight training, kettle bells, bodyweight, and also Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
