I was 15 and interested in industrial design, computer graphics and buildings. The next step was 10 years later in 1996 I started a Master Degree Study in Vienna University of Technology

A friend of a friend wanted to build a house extension. After 6 months of research and builders, he had enough. They all asked for at least 500K and an undefined finishing date. He came, to me desperate with his wishes and sketches. I sat down got the design with a 3D model and we were in business.

Address, Feature survey, Sub Soil Report, any known property-specific issues (sewers location, rain waterpipes and drainages etc.), some information about your neighbour's habits and preferences if available. Local council contact person if you have one. Preferred style and construction type.

Make your research, prepare your paperwork - feature survey of the property, soil tests, point cloud scan if the project is a very complex. This will save us time to organise it for you and save fees. We don't really need to inspect your property as long as all documents are available.
