Hey everyone reading this, My name is Michael, and I am an accredited personal trainer. I offer a mobile training service around Sydney, which means, I come to you. I can meet you in your house/local park/beach or wherever you feel most comfortable. I have one year of personal training experience and I offer my FIRST SESSION FREE! I have been exercising myself for about 10 years now and have had interests in a few different training styles, learning new things every day. Therefore, I am fairly versatile in the programs I assign. I have my own equipment which you can see in the photo. My services include: - Fat loss programs - Muscle gain programs - Strength gain programs - Cardio programs - Training to do on your own - Nutritional guidance - HIIT - Calisthenics (Bodyweight training) - Weights - Boxing I charge $60 p/h but offer discounts when purchased in bulk.
