  My partner and I first connected with John almost 1.5 years ago when we began planning to remove an internal wall in our apartment. From the very start, John guided us through every step of the process, helping us navigate the many delays and challenges of securing approval from strata and council. Since this was our first major renovation, his expertise and support were so helpful. Once all approvals were in place, John wasted no time in coordinating his team to get the job done. Even the most hesitant neighbors in our apartment block were won over by the care and professionalism of his team, who took great effort to protect common areas and minimise disruptions. We also appreciated the thorough cleanup and responsible disposal of waste—our apartment was left in excellent condition once the work was complete. As with any renovation, there were a few minor delays, but John handled them seamlessly. For example, when we needed a subcontractor on short notice to install floorboards, he quickly found a solution. Thanks to his efficiency, work began on a Tuesday, and by Saturday, we were happily moving back into our newly transformed space. We couldn’t be happier with the reno—our open-plan living room and kitchen have completely changed the feel of our home. Sticking with John throughout this 1.5-year journey was absolutely worth it, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a home renovation. See before and after pics.   John and his team did a great job stripping and demolishing the flooring in our apartment. John was courteous and professional; he followed up and ensured our requirements were met. John made the process easy. The site was left clean and tidy. The job was completed as promised. Thanks John.

  John assisted us with the demolition of our kitchen/bathroom and did an amazing job. He not only handled the demolition efficiently but also recommended a plumber and renderer and guided us through the renovation. Highly recommended.
