How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I never wanted to do anything else. I’m a fourth generation builder and it’s a strong family heritage. Nothing else interested me more.

As a builder, we cover an extremely large variety of works. This as well as the fact that ever job is different always keeps the jobs interesting and challenging.   At the end of a job standing back, thinking about the process that was involved and the finished result.

When can you start?  Often we will be able to start within a few weeks but that may stretch a little longer for larger projects.   Who do I deal with onsite?  As a builder who is still hands on, you will find me onsite nearly everyday. That way you are not always dealing with different people.

I will always come to site to provide you with a proper written quotation. It always helps to know what job you are after, budget and timeframe.

Our pricing is competitive in the sense of you get what you pay for! We deliver high quality work at a price that isn’t over inflated. Often people want work done cheaply, but in the building industry there are the proper processes and no corners are cut just to win a job.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Smaller jobs usually require a deposit to secure your job with payment on completion. Larger jobs will require progress payments. All of these are clearly outlined before the job commences.

We specialise in residential renovation and addition work. From small scale alterations, bathrooms and pergolas to large second story additions we have you covered from start to finish.

With certificates in Carpentry and Building, Jordan and his team has more than enough experience to accomplish the most challenging works.
