  I was disappointed with the service they gave even though it's a very cheap price. I asked for weeding. Now it's been a month. The weeds are more than before as they said they has poisoned them. I was not at home when they were doing the job. I really can't tell if they really did it properly. Second time, I asked for pruning, fertilizing my roses lemon tree and prune and mulch my olive tree garden bed. They only pruned my 10 standard roses, said they thought I would provide my own fertilizer so they didn't fertilized any. And mulched just under my tree not the whole garden bed. Also hedge my plant which i didn't ask for. They still charged me the quote we agreed before for those job because they said they spent time to do that when I come back home from work. There is certainly communication problem with customers even they claim they have 30 yrs experience. I rather pay more for the customer service skills, and a peace of mind.

  This is a totally unfair review. Firstly the service that was provided as agreed was actually more time than was quoted. We turned up when we said and the work done was extra than what was wanted. In our over 30 years of business, that is what 99% of people call good service. We were employed to bring the customers garden back to life. If the customer wants the job done correctly i suggest it is left to professionals. The mulch that was supplied was an indicator as we were not told of the type wanted just the type NOT wanted. So a sample was left and as it turns out the customer asked for something else after viewing the sample. Pruning of the roses was done, total weeding of the garden ready for mulch was done, a hedge was trimmed that was needing to be done at a later date. The customer requested for us to bring the garden back to life and it is all part of a process. Unfortunately we don't have magic dust that works instantly in the winter months to give more sunshine. We have over 75 regular clients we service continually, and the business has never had a complaint, only good reviews. Unrealistic expectations of bringing a garden back from almost sticks to flourishing is NOT a communication breakdown at all. I notice the customer left out the first job we had done for them, a total clean up of edges and lawn areas and some small garden beds, we were then asked to come back to do more. That in itself seems Strange. We wish the customer good luck.
