Before finalising your quote we need to understand your brief, or outline, of the project and any site information. This allows for a more accurate advice on your quote. Further clarification may be required to the quote to ensure everything required is included.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Have a brief. It lists things like rooms, sizes and any detail of what you want to include; 2. Create a scrapbook of what you like/want (or want to avoid); and 3. Have a list of any questions you want to understand about the design/construction process....and email these all to me.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I charge by the hour, not by a percentage of the job fee. If you know what you want and we talk regularly during the design process, the time spent is greatly reduced. This means my pricing is extremely competitive.

Projects are charged on an hourly rate with a guide of costs provided before starting. This ensures you pay for only the time expended on your project, not an inflated percentage rate.
