  I called Sunset based on the feedback on their website. David responded promptly and arrived to inspect the job within 24 hours, as promised. We had to acquire a new component based on his advice. He returned to fit the replacement part, again, on time. The job was completed promptly and efficiently and he left the place as he found it. I am happy to recommend him without reservation.   I called David at 5pm on a Friday about our toilet being blocked. He answered politely and could tell I was stressed. At 530pm he came and fixed our blockage. Was happy and smiled the whole time. Great price too
