Yes we are an insured business. We are up to date with Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurance. Yes we guarantee work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Alan spent his youth drawing his own Architectural Designs. After finishing his Diploma of Architecture he realised that while he enjoyed the design side of building, that he really wanted to get his hands dirty. A Cert III in Carpentry and BA Construction Management later - he became a Builder.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We had a customer tell us how refreshing it was that we removed our shoes before we came into their home. It was something we had previously not thought twice about. That really resonated with us as we realised that is our point of difference. We are respectful and mindful that we are in your home.

What do you like most about your job?

We love being able to service a range clients from our neighbours back deck to project work for the Australian Defence Force. Every client is important and counts.

Ask for their qualifications and previous jobs that the have worked on. Always follow up if you are unsure. If you are have a budget in mind it is worth mentioning in the beginning stages.

Clients often ask how soon can we start. Usually it is straight away however sometimes there may be a longer job we are attending that may delay our start. We do prioritise jobs however where a clients safety and/or security are compromised.

As a father of two, I know how important it is to have trustworthy trades inside my own home. Our in-house workforce and trades are all ones that I personally approve of. I make sure that I am continuously updating clients with the progress of their job so that they aren't left in the dark.

We pride ourselves on being courteous and respectful of our clients own needs.  We can scale to suit all clients needs as we have an in-house and contracted workforce.

You need to have a clear idea of what you want and what is within your budget. Quite often people want the huge extension or deck however they may not be able to afford it. Always work within your means or you are better off waiting until you can afford what you are after.

1. Your wants - Get a clear idea of what you really want. Don't waste time renovating a kitchen you won't like in a year! 2. Your needs - Do some research on what may be required for your project. 3. Your budget - It's best to sort finance or organise what you can afford before you engage a trade.

Because we have an in-house team, our clients aren't paying for an expensive contracted workforce. Due to our extensive resource base and low overheads, we are able to provide our clients with value for money.

We can offer an option that suits the client and their needs. Some projects require a comprehensive quote, while other smaller jobs can be quoted at an hourly rate. We offer great communication with the client to ensure that there is no bill shock at the end of job.

Our Director, Alan Andoni, has a Bachelor of Construction Management, Builders Licence, Certificate III in Carpentry and Diploma of Architecture. Our staff and trades are highly qualified and have a wealth of experience in the building industry.
