Location: Woodend, VIC
Job Description: I am claiming damage to my TV screen via my insurance company and they need a "technicians quote" to support the claim. The screen was working perfectly fine before a recent move from Kyneton to Woodend, done by removalists. They claim nothing happened to the TV, but when I turned it on after the move, the screen now has a big white line from top to bottom constantly and the picture is very faint, no colour or definition as can be seen in the pictures below. There are no cracks on the screen and it is not the antenna/aerial reception as it is the same watching Netflix or Disney.

Job Description: It is a Toshiba. I think it might be a cable dropped out of its socket. I have looked at them all but can't see anything obvious.
