Fred did an amazing job on our apartment balcony. We had an old rotting pine deck that needed removing and tiles to replace it. He was incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make the balcony more waterproof, as well as advising us on what type of tiles would be best for the space. Fred left the space spotless, despite having to cart concrete through the building and then the apartment loungeroom! Fred was a great communicator, and as the apartment is rented was excellent with dealing directly with family on site as we live 250 kms away.
