I had an old (and very heavy) couch I tried to remove with a friend but it proved difficult. So at 7am I booked an appointment for the job, I wasn't expecting a response, I just submitted it just in case. The very same morning , they gave me a call and were at my apartment less than 20 minutes . They removed the couch in less than 10 minutes, and the whole process was easy and painless and the price was very reasonable considering the weight of the couch.
