This man was awesome. 30 years experience. I have an old poorly built 1980s kitchen with a leaky tap that two plumbers prior to him had tried to fix and it had become a steady flow. He came over on a Sunday to check it out for free before the paid work later. It required a fair bit of physical work and he showed a lot of patience with me as I hadn’t quite got the area prepared and didn’t know where the water mains were, being on an old strata property. Friendly and personal service from the word go. There was great communication to arrange the service, to explain what was wrong & what was being done, and then to check we were satisfied and that we were across exactly what the technician had done. Everyone in messages, over the phone and on the ground was so friendly and also worked to fit us in on really short notice. Of course the work was done thoroughly and also checked whether there was anything else we needed help with! On top of all that the price was very affordable. This was help with gas stove diagnostics and hot water heater adjustments. We have a regular plumber that we're very happy with but they don't look at stoves — I was uncertain about hiring someone else, however after this experience we might have a new regular plumber in mind...!
