Ryan was very knowledgeable, happy to discuss options, and gave me a very reasonable, honest price (I was familiar with the materials and work involved, but didn't need to be with these guys - can't say the same for others). Troy, the plumber who carried out the work, arrived when he said he would and did a great job installing the unit. They also did the job within 24 hours of the request.
