Needs to be a certified install for building permit and property revaluation afterwards 1. converting an old laundry to a 2nd bathroom. existing cold and hot water is present but will need to change location and add piping for toilet and vanity and bathtub. just need pipe work done, I will install bath, toilet & vanity 2. turning an old sunroom to a new laundry. will need hot and cold outlets for taps, will also need outlet for washing machine and waste for washer and dryer 3.
