Location: Parafield Gardens, SAJob Description: We are not able to use either toilets or showers in the home. The ensuite toilet and system has been removed and as the shower screen & shower & toilet fittings. The ensuite bathroom has been found to have tiny escape of liquids to the soap dish, safety rail which was never installed correctly and its been leaking there also the grout is leaking and the drain holes are leaking as wasted around the shower drains to both showers. the walls have been removed & carpets. Both showers need to have any kind of leaks fixed before we can get a mould specialist out to remove the mould. Im not really sure whats required but it was started by someone else & now its declined. we are not able to live in the home anymore because of this pandemic so we need some help with quotes ASAP.
