Cannot recommend a person more than Darren and Bell's Drains. How can I explain it? Firstly, it's Darren mannerism, he is extremely polite and generous with his time. He came back to my house a week later to explain to me what the issue was and what needs to be done long term to fix the issue permanently. Who does that? Secondly, Darren is great working with the customer and understanding the issue. I hired Darren and his team for another project which I explained to him what the issue and he totally understood my nightmare and he worked with me (not against me) to find a solution to the problem. The third thing is his communication, exceptional communication, not only is he civil but kind and polite. I have worked with my tradies and most of them think you are an idiot and treat the same. Darren did not at one stage belittle my wife or I. Lastly the one thing I loved about Darren and his team work was the attention to detail. The last job Darren had done was a major drainage work which tool 3 days to complete. Now, most people would have complete in a day or may 1.5 days. Darren was different, he wanted it perfect. He truly understood the importance of the project and endeavor to produce the best possible outcome.
