Mark was punctual, professional and knowledgable. He was able to explain what needed to be done to replace a ceiling and cornice and gave a detailed written quote. The finished work looks great and the new cornice is very similar to the original Art Deco one, a very nice detail. He was also able to do a couple of other small repairs and paint the ceiling, which was an added bonus as I didn't need to search for another tradesperson. I asked Mark to correct a small issue after he'd finished, he was again reliable and a good communicator, resolved the issue and I'm a happy customer.
