Job Description: Hi. We have some things needed to be repaired on one wall in one bedroom and one wall in the other bedroom. There is a small mark in the hallway. There is also a couple marks in the kitchen wall. Im not sure what needs to be done but here are the photos.

Job Description: Im seeking a quote for the supply and installation of a fire-rated acoustic wall at our premises in Brunswick. The wall will not be visible and does not require a paint-grade finish, but full acoustic performance is essential. Project Details: Address: 162 Victoria Street, Brunswick Access: Ground floor, clear and easy Wall size: ~9.3 m, 3.1m high Wall thickness: ~250 mm Scope includes: 2 13mm Firechek plasterboard (one side) Timber studs (90x45) @ 600 mm centres with 22 kg/m insulation 20 mm air cavity Timber studs (90x45) @ 600 mm centres with 22 kg/m insulation 1 13mm Firechek plasterboard (opposite side) Returns at both ends of the wall using 2 13mm Firechek at 90 degrees to close the wall Relocation of 4 x GPOs All required fixings and insulation Acoustic sealing of all sheet joints and perimeter gaps using a flexible acoustic sealant (e.g. CSR Soundseal or equivalent) Plaster stopping is not required no taping, setting, or sanding for painting. Only acoustic sealing is needed to maintain airtightness and sound isolation. Please provide a fixed price quote including all materials, labour, and GST.
