MMU was professional, punctual, very accommodating with timing of the session, was also very prompt in replying to texts. I was very happy with foundation matching and hair looked great. Only disappointed with eyes. Wanted a warm look and had agreed on a past photo of me to match the look of the eyes in the photo. Despite looking ok, eyes didn't match what we had agreed on unfortunately. A cool pallette was used instead of a warm one. The only solution offered when concern was raised was to go darker with the warmest colour in the cool pallette. As a result my eyes looked more dull than I had wanted. I've put it down to a glitch in communication. Disappointed that there wasn't a warmer eye shadow pallette to choose from, will go with a MAC artist next time instead of Napolean Perdis.

Jemima was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and went straight to work. I was extremely happy with her service and would definitely use her again for her insight. I felt really great and loved the way my hair and makeup looked.

Rasha was excellent, available at short notice. Friendly, answered all my questions thoughtfully and checked in regularly to check she was creating a look I was happy with. I was so thrilled with the end result and am so thankful I hired her for my formal ball- I felt so special. Would recommend her highly, she is an absolute professional with a lovely personality and the skill to make you look/feel beautiful all night (her makeup lasted many many hours, through eating and dancing :) )

Mel was my make up artist for my wedding in April 2015 and from the very start at the trial to the big day she was an amazing person to work with. Her attitude and expertise was fantastic and I knew that it was one less thing to worry about leaving it in her capable hands.
