Location: South Maclean, QLDJob Description: The backyard I want to split to two sections. The first section is against the back fence to have the ground prepared for planting (no soil, no fertilizer needed, just to have the ground leveled and cleared) this will be across the entire length of the back fence (10m) and 1m deep so 10m2 total. At the front of that facing the house I want bricks supplied that are either 2 bricks sitting on each other for about 7 inches of the ground or 1 singular brick about 7 inches tall to act as a wall against it. The second part of the backyard is the remaining area which is 10m wide and 5.4m deep for a total of 54m2. I am looking to get rough pricing on either astroturf or a very low maintenance natural turf in general. (If possible two quotes with different pricing would be great). Both sides of the house are quite narrow, and what I am hoping to do is to get small rocks/pebbles for the general area and have pavers for the length of each side spaced evenly. The side facing the alfresco is 20.25m long by 1m wide and the side facing the garage is 12m long by 1.4m wide, it does have the Hot water unit and the Aircon in the side facing the garage as well. If possible the side facing the alfresco I would like to get a side timber gate installed similar to the fence thats already installed. Would like the fence to be attached to the house or the fence rather than cemented to the ground. For the front of the house there are two sides. The side facing the garage similar to the first section of the backyard to have the ground prepared for planting (no soil, no fertilizer just needs to have the ground level and cleared) and no bricks needed surrounding it either. As for the side in front of the porch. I would like a 4m long and 0.6m wide planting strip close to the council walkway from the right lot this is similar to the backyard, that it needs to be prepared for planting (no soil, no fertilizer just needs to have the ground level and cleared). I want bricks supplied that are either 2 bricks sitting on each other for about 7 inches of the ground or 1 singular brick about 7 inches tall to act as a wall against all four sides of the planting strip. Next to the planting strip there will be a mailbox that I will supply and install, or just supply whatever is preferred (Will be the Northcote Pottery Manly Letterbox from Bunnings I/N 0729231). From the porch itself to the mailbox I would like pavers leading to the mailbox spaced evenly. For the remaining part of the front yard which is roughly 13m of turfing, that I would also like the least maintenance turf (I do like the look of sir walter but I am open to suggestions) As for the land itself, the backyard is very overgrown and has some rubbish left behind by the builders unfortunately, the sides are not that overgrown but still need to be prepared. The front of the house it currently feels quite raised against the ground, it is possible to move some dirt from the backyard to the front to have a more natural step from the alfresco and go down to the walkway, rather than the current state which feels like a huge step.
