01 Jan 2026Location: Ettalong Beach, NSWJob Description: Once again, here are the details. I need to transform the centre of my front garden, which at present contains three citrus trees about two metres in height, with mulch beneath and surrounded by gravel paths and a circle of irrigation for each tree. I wish to have these trees removed, the circles reduced so I can place two raised beds with a grass tree in each, and move the irrigation pipes and wands to water the raised beds. The rest of the garden is surrounded by grown trees and plantings that will not be touched. The whole area to be altered is about 30 square metres. I will take the landscaper's advice as to whether the roots of the citrus trees should be dug out. I would like this work done some time in winter 2026, preferably in June. I would like the landscaper to view the job and quote so I can budget for the work and we can reach an agreement and book a time for the work. I would also like advice as to purchasing and planting the grass trees. The mulch will be removed from around the citrus trees before they are dug up. When the landscaper has formed the raised beds for the grass trees, I will order a delivery of soil for native trees with which to fill the raised beds, which the landscaper will form, before planting the grass trees and layering the top with mulch. The gravelled/pebbled area will then be spread with a new delivery of Somersby pebbles, to match the existing paths. I will order both the soil and the pebbles myself but will need the landscape to lay them. I am not sending photos as I would like the landscaper to see and assess the job first.Service needed: Paving | Area pavers needed: No paving necessary. But a load of new pebbles will be needed to increase the pebble path areas in the garden. | Paving material: Sandstone | Pavers supplied: Yes | Size of area to be paved: 5 to 15 sqm | When: As soon as possible - Landscaper job
