We planned to sell our house in Sydney to make a lifestyle change and obviously wanted to get the best price for our property. I engaged Terry Bridgwood from Astute Interiors to do property styling and the result was amazing. With her suggestions and hired furniture and accessories, our house looked like "a million dollars" and I almost decided to pull the property from the market as I saw than what a gorgeous home I had (and should have styled it more appropriately over the previous years). Making the decision to spend money on property styling for a sale is a not a cost - it is a true investment - and our investment with Astute Interiors rewarded us at least ten times over, if not more. Terry was wonderful to work with, offered many suggestions to not only work with furniture and accessories I already had, but knew what could be added to make our home instantly attractive in the marketplace. She arranged everything from start to finish - all I had to do was pay her fee - and reap the rewards on auction day. I hired her again to style our new property (which looks gorgeous) as I wanted to make sure I started life in our new home making the most of every room, nook and cranny. I can't thank Terry enough for her expertise, professionalism and attitude as hiring her for our property styling both for sale, and new living has been worth every cent of our investment. Truly professional at all times and extremely highly recommended!

Nathan @ Tailor & Nest has done a terrific job! He transformed the house after being rented for a while into a place we could call home. He came up with space maximising ideas. Some were creative (pull out spice racks), double ovens, etc. His design led to consistency around the house with colours that enhance the ambience. The lighting was bright and well suited for the house. Overall, the value of the property increased dramatically and was quick to sell due to the work. Highly recommended!!!

Rosanne was professional from our initial contact, we worked well together without the feeling of 'being pushed'. She tried to understand my lifestyle, my likes, and styles that embraced a relaxed coastal feel that is inviting - we worked with a lot of pieces already in the house, then just moved things around. We also updated the kitchen with simple change of doors and changing glass splashback to beautiful rustic tiles. I highly recommend Rosanne, especially if you need someone to help bring your thoughts to life, she has a great way of 'understanding' what exactly you strive to achieve!

Nicky of N.B. Interiors designed a new kitchen, entertainment unit and laundry/guest room for us. The design and detailed drawings she provided meant the cabinet makers could work to a fully specified criteria without any surprises during the process. The communication and understanding we received from Nicky were unsurpassed and she had a full understanding of our budget and needs. Although our project took a little longer to start than we anticipated, Nicky was very patient and was on hand to answer any questions we had. She gave us a couple of options to choose from and provided a full mood board of ideas and colours for us to contemplate. I would recommend N.B. Interiors not only for the amazing ideas and inspiration provided but also for the friendly communication and quality of design.
